What You’ll Do:
- Install various types of siding materials, including vinyl, fiber cement, and wood
- Assist with prepping surfaces, including removing old siding and making necessary repairs
- Ensure proper insulation and ventilation techniques are followed during installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Operate and maintain common construction tools and equipment
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential construction or a related field.
- You possess a strong work ethic, with a dedication to quality and safety.
- You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re physically fit and able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
